The WHO today, July 23, 2022, declared the Monkeypox outbreak a global public health emergency (as with Covid-19 on March 11, 2020).

So far it is known that 95% of infections are related to sexual activity, mainly among homosexual men. However, studies indicate that the virus can also spread through any close physical contact, such as respiratory droplets, and potentially through clothing and other surfaces.

The first case was confirmed in May this year, in London, in a traveler from Nigeria. So far, 16,500 cases have been confirmed and a total of 72 deaths. The TOP 10 of countries with the most cases, at the moment, in order from first to last: Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, France, United States, Portugal, Brazil, Canada, Netherlands and Italy (with emphasis on the first three, that have more than 1000 cases).

Let's wait for guidance from Jehovah's organization!

Of course I may be wrong, but I have the impression this disease will not be a big issue for Christians.

Yes, in this case the virus is attacking more people who do what is contrary to the Bible and Jehovah's initial purpose.
