The recommendation to make “neutrality” a topic for family worship is very helpful. My hubby and I decided to do just that several weeks ago amid the intensifying political scene and found it very strengthening. We did some practice sessions on how we might respond to objections to our stance. We made further adjustments as to ‘news reports’ we needed  to remain aware, but not immersed in bad news. In the interim I can say that my anxiety level has definitely gone down (maybe my bp too!)  We’re so thankful for the loving and regular attention provided by our brothers.

 Since we got the update #5 today, so we should get #6 before the Annual Meeting.

This update arrived at the right time. Political polarization is very strong. Here in South America, the issue of the elections in Venezuela is being reported daily, and opinion videos are being published on social media. Brazil will also have elections in October, and soon questions about the legitimacy of the voting machines will begin. It is really good to see that the Slave is attentive to what is happening in the world and providing the right food at the right time.

I believe there won't be any more updates before the annual meeting. Updates usually happen every two months, and if everything goes as planned, the Annual Meeting will be on October 5th. So, I believe the next news will be announced at the annual meeting.

Very timely! With all these elections happening this year, no wonder we needed a powerful reminder. I often think about how the brothers were strengthened with encouraging articles and talks on neutrality just before the Second World War. Yes, we need to keep our identity clear now more than ever before - Rev 16:15.

Nothing on the horizon... I'd imagine it next week or the other, so we get the Update on the Local need 15min of mid october
