It would be really nice to have an update now... But I wonder, why make an update a week before the annual meeting? The theme of the congress is already known in some countries. Can the annual text be delivered through a speech at the annual meeting? Any announcement involving changes will be made at the meeting. So, it might happen, but I think it will be easier to happen after the annual meeting.

Probably because they are going to talk to us about something that will not be discussed at the AM 🤷‍♂️: annual text, September campaign: the first fifteen days, what results? Perhaps return to the historic success of the international Convention. Perhaps a point will be made on all the new features of the year 2023/24 and the positive effects on the global family...
