favored with the privilege of literally seeing the resurrected “Abraham”, who Jehovah named “Father of a CROWD! 

Read/heard 2 things today that inspired me.
Special Talk point; "See the value of the truth not the cost". 
Then the experience in the 4/1/04 WT; "Compared with the blessings, the sacrifices are small."

In the last five years, I went from a full-time employee in a high-stress job, to found a tumour in my chest, then went back to work. Had a full hysterectomy (no wimpy laparoscopy for me, always gotta do everything the hard way) after they discovered a pumpkin sized growth in my uterus, my husband lost his job, twice. His Dad died, and mine had emergency surgery. My aunt died. Adopted two children, and then moved one province over and 1400 km away (it was a fantastic move) Got bit up by the family dog and needed 18 stitches, had to put him down because he had a brain tumour. Started homeschooling during a pandemic. I have to say Jehovah ❤️ is good. He's sustained me through one trial after another, and I haven't lost my sanity yet. NO WONDER I'VE BEEN CRANKY LOL!

Very soon now, a very dear old brother (born in 1927) is going to fell asleep in Jehovah's memory. He will be missed by so many friends. I can't wait to meet him again... 😢

Victoria State is under long Covid-19 lockdown, (almost 2 months) some of us start receiving letters of support and love from other congregations in other states of Australia, very heart warming indeed.   

Despite lockdown Covid-19 cases are out of control in Melbourne.
New clusters in Sydney and Queensland...Prime minister said that every effort is undertaken to find vaccine.

Congratulations to 3 new moderators here. How wonderful that they are sisters, bringing that "soft" touch to the forum. Very good news indeed!

Some restrictions are back in Victoria as Covid-19 reemerges. 
Gatherings at home went back from 20 to 5 and other restrictions are back . Just announced. 

Am a lawyer by profession....its unprecedented that we have been directed by the chief justice to hold all court proceedings via video conferencing because of covid.this disease is switching the world to a all different direction. We just dont know what's gonna happen in the next few months as things are changing rapidly.

This is a poem a sister in my congregation  received from a sister in Colorado:
 
I dreamed that I prayed to Jehovah on high
Complained of my troubles and started to cry
I said to Jehovah, “I can’t take anymore!
Please bring it real soon, your great day of war.”
 
I endure every day at the end of my rope,
I just do not see any way I can cope.
I face constant pressure each day, there’s no doubt.
With all of my problems-there’s just no way out.
 
He patiently listened, as if on bended knee,
I griped and complained about what bothered me. 
His loving concern as I emptied my head, 
Made me feel so secure in his love when he said:
 
“I understand just what you’re going through. 
This time of the end makes it quite hard for you.
I, too, you can see, have been waiting so long,
But I must be sure my people are strong.
 
Since the very first couple, Adam and Eve, 
My heart, many times, has been made to grieve, 
I sent my dear son to teach and to die, 
But most people reject what is life could buy.
 
I’ve been pushed aside by those that I love. 
Many false gods they have put high above. 
They proclaim that I don’t exist or am dead, 
That man just evolved from a monkey instead.
 
You need to endure, but please have no doubt,
If it gets too tough, I’ll provide the way out.

We just completed our morning service meeting. Got some bad news and some good news.
A brother in the Escanaba Michigan congregation (60 miles from me) lost both sons last month (March) due to health issues...not the virus.
Can't remember where this happened, but a brother and sister lost their home in a fire...lost everything.
Than we learned we are going to have another little👶 🍼 addition to our congregation in December. O bother. 
 

just my thinking, I'm wondering if this will lead us into the great tribulation

I went to the supermarket, and saw shelfs full of toilet paper ...Peace and security coming? LOL 

Had our first Zoom video meeting last night. Went really smooth, and was nice getting to see people of my congegation face to face! (seeing how I can't get out).

Was a good time with my group, very down to earth and some funny characters They were also glad to see me face to face, as they had only ""heard" of me from my family at the hall.

We do have a new CO, and I really click with him, his sense of humor is outstanding ..what a wonderful and very loving brother, never experienced such a "loving personality" ...you just want to hug him. (Aussie brothers: Do you know W.Saba?)

“The End of All Things Has Drawn Close”
We will soon face the greatest tribulation the world has ever seen. How can we keep spiritually strong now and into the future?Pray continually, using every form of prayer.
w80 6/1 pp. 21-26 ‘Use Every Form of Prayer and Supplication’ In our prayers, we may often petition Jehovah for his help in satisfying our needs and in overcoming obstacles. The “Hearer of prayer” lovingly listens to our appeals for help. (Ps. 65:2) However, we should also endeavor to focus on other forms of prayer. These include those of praise, thanksgiving, and supplication.
Jesus offered supplications and petitions and maintained his faithfulness to God to the very end of his earthly life.
Hebrews 5:7 - During his life on earth,* Christ offered up supplications and also petitions, with strong outcries and tears,+ to the One who was able to save him out of death, and he was favorably heard for his godly fear.
i enjoyed this reminder about prayer in our study this week.

My youngest daughter. Age 32. 
She never got baptized ("yet" I'm hoping). But she left home, went to Atlanta Georgia, met a baptized brother, they married. 
 
Unfortunately they're both not doing good at all physically, spiritually. His mother, who is a sister, and I try our best to keep in touch, but she's not well. Yet she told me that they're both "pot heads." And it absolutely broke and breaks my heart! 
When she first told me I broke down and just cried, and cried. The next day I called my Coordinator but really, what could he do about it but listen? And he did. I asked him to pray for not just my daughter and son-in-law, but for his mother too. He said he would and I'm sure he did. How do/did I know? Because before the day was over, actually before that night I began feeling an unbelievable calmness. Oh the pain was still there and even now, but it felt like it was bearable. And still do. 
 
Never, absolutely never underestimate Jehovah's power via his holy spirit. 
 
Now though financially in straits I'm trying to figure a way to get down there in December (because of time needed to save for the Greyhound). 
 
Please, please pray for his mother, our sister. Her name is Marie. And if you feel it proper my unbaptized daughter's name is Zipporah. I don't know if it would be proper or not to include my son-in-law's name seeing he's baptized but is doing these things, in view of what the slave said about those who disassociate themselves and it doesn't have to be always via a letter according to the Organization book under the chapter about keeping the organization clean. It's up to you guys concerning him. I'm including that part about him just to think about you guys too. 
 
 

Et voilà, Jéhovah answered our prayer, so we had to fulfill our vows : Regular Pioneering, here we go, long time no see

Dear friends, when you decide to join “Real pictures of us” club, the purpose is, to post a real picture of the member, please lovingly keep this in mind 

Please pray for me. My son and I regularly go to the convention together. This year, his inactive wife, (for years) is going. Just for the trip.(her FB posts tell that tale)  I decided long ago to not go with a person not in the truth for conventions, (long story there) and, alas, here I go again. (And I’m surprised my son’s congregation turned a badge loose for her. We almost had to have a notarized statement to get more then one badge.) 
Any way, good for her. We are busy planning details. I think she is in for a theocratic shock. She’s never seen our videos. 
So, pray for her too, that this is the jolt she needs. 
I know we need it! 

Since I was really sore from my surgery, I listened in to today's meeting via the phone tie-in.
 
We had a visiting speaker for the Public Talk and he sounded exactly like Red Green.     
 
I kept cracking smiles as I listened to him speak. This brother just happens to have the same speech mannerisms and raspy voice as my favorite Possum Lodge Duct Tape handyman.   
 
The brother also gave an amazing talk.  
 
Had to grin again whenever he commented during the WT study and when he gave the closing prayer.   

Very sad day for me today.
 
Before 8:30 am this morning my spiritual mom messaged me to call her.
 
I went to pick her up to bring her to the hospital where a couple brothers met us and they went with “mom” into the room.
 
Dad past away early this morning. He was in the hospital for a while, put in a nursing home for about 3 weeks or so. Came home about 3 weeks ago on Monday, Tuesday night he was taken by ambulance and ended up in ICU. never leaving that floor.
 
Started him on dialysis this week. Took 30 pounds of water out on Wednesday and another 40 on Thursday and told mom they wanted to take another 20 today...she wouldn’t sign the papers.
 
With 5th stage kidney disease, heart disease, and a host of other issues, dad’s no longer in pain. 
 
Dad’s in Jehovah’s memory. 
 
As a sister told me when my “real” mom passed away, “There’s no better place to be.”

Had a conversation with a Muslim cleric in Toronto, during Middle East Festival, he said: Bible is invalid as it says 4 corners of the earth ..so is earth square....?
I told him “ I am DEAD tired, but still talking to you ...Am I dead? “ We both laughed ... he got the point. Later explained more that we do not take every expression literally.
