I thought my little dog would escape hot spots this past summer, but she broke out in August and still has some. I hate keeping her on allergy meds, and have had her to vet appointments. (no fleas, just allergies). I have a skin smoothing soak and oatmeal shampoo, as well as an assortment of topicals. She just got her last haircut before winter. I have been using tea tree oil and she seems to be on the end of this, or maybe it's just a late season.
