I did a right-click on the photo and let Goggle do a search for it. According to several websites the original picture is a 1 headed snake but there are photo-shopped versions of it with 3 heads, 5 heads and yes ladies and gentlemen, 7 heads!

 

I could tell by the look in it's eye...
