Could be a very clever young chap IF those skills are directed in the right way, but if he's allowed to continue to debate like this into his teens, the 'cuteness' will very quickly disappear.

(He's highly intelligent to be able to grasp the semantics of an adult conversation though).

Thanks for sharing though - he's very entertaining.

yes! that was my only point of interest. I found it amusing for 5 min, but, he will become a nightmare to live with, if this isn't address.

Parents are making a rod for their backs by posting it as well, it's sending the message to him that what he is doing is fine.

Reminds of those kids who get told by their parents they can sing when they can't then the parents take it out on 'poor' Simon Cowell when he tells them the truth! haha.

Say what you mean, and mean what you say, in my philosophy. Whenever it was a sticky situation, I could always fall back on the good/bad choice. The decision was theirs, not mine.

I don't think I miss parenting at all, and I really empathize with the parents in this world.

This young man was subsequently featured on a TV talk show, where he was rewarded with a year's worth of cupcakes. His mother said she was laughing behind the camera while he was offering his typical rant. Linda is his mother's first name: rewarding bad behavior and making him a 10 minute TV star.

yes, he was on ellen, and now he has a commercial. I think he's becoming the 'breadwinner' for the family.
