Just finished a book on health wanted to share

Ah, another book to make one believe that they are capable of living for a long, long time, just by changing their diet, and enriching someone at their  own expense.

I am of the opinion that micro nutrients are a lot of what is missing in our food, and I do what I can to increase my nutrient intake. Going mostly vegan is what helped me move past my cancer diagnosis, and the benefit was feeling really quite well through it all.

Even the Kindle ebook was $12.49. EBooks are usually much cheaper than that.
