 I suppose Panama fans would ruin the 'cathedral ceiling' effect.

I bet that organ part from The Phantom of the Opera would sound incredible with those acoustics.

OK, I left off at Rocammadour. There were SEVERAL Cathedrals (Ithink would be the right term). Here is pictures from one. I think they are all Catholic. We saw quite a few priests also.

 

I think to qualify as a cathedral the bishop's chair has to be located there. Did you check the "throne room" to see if a bishop a had a chair? 

That aside I find the architecture and engineering of these buildings to be fantastic.

I like the pictures, wish i was in one of them.
