I agree. Desktop software will always be more powerful and faster than cloud platforms.

 

JWLibrary is a good Bible and meeting material app. It's not a good research tool.

 

WOL is nice for when you only have a mobile device within reach.

 

WTLIB is the king! An information powerhouse.

The one drawback is the need to have a Windows computer.  That is one of the reasons I have a Windows tablet on hand.

The last update to WT Library was October 4, so it's about time for another one. As of today, it updated to 2306.

Yes, Watchtower Library has just updated with meeting Workbooks for 2024 Jan/Feb and March/April and Watchtower study edition for 2024 Jan/Feb

My laptop computer doesn't have a DVD drive since I changed it some time back. I hadn't thought to go back to this, but it sounds like you guy's are having some good research time with it.

You can use a USB drive/stick to load the WT Library (DVD) on a computer without a DVD drive. Just d/l the install files from jw.org

Yes, the update is available in Britain too.  Usually WT library is a month or so behind JW Library, however this update makes both libraries fully updated together. Nice.
