That is brother Harry Cotton teaching a Accelerated Foreign Language class. 

 

Last week I had the most wonderful privilege of being part of his most recent class here in the Dominican Republic.

Thank you, I must have misunderstood - speaking about the helpers, are they still the same 31 or have they added any others since the list in the October 15, 2015 study edition?   ...

I remember seeing the brothers throwing the scarfs and reciting scriptures. The graduation I attended was a lot of fun.
