The United States branch reports that no publishers have been killed or seriously injured by the storm, although over 4,000 Witnesses have been displaced. Though conditions are improving, some areas are still not accessible due to high floodwaters. Current assessments indicate that the storm damaged 351 homes of our brothers and sisters and 21 Kingdom Halls.

I hope you're doing okay, Sis Sandra. It's always an incredibly stressful situation. We'll keep you guys and prayer and stay tuned to see if there's anything else we can do to help.

It was a similar situation for Katrina, down here. It took a long time for flood waters to subside, as well as the downed trees blocking the road to be rermoved.

I'm fine Katherine, thanks.   Several of us in the family evacuated up North where we had other family members who welcomed us! 

I'm thankful to Jehovah for life also.
