Google Assistant and Alexa now can interact with JW.org

I have been using this new feature seamlessly with Google Assistant since the announcement. But since a couple days ago when I tell the assistant to talk to JW.org it says "JW.org is not available for this device". Anyone else is having this issue?

I know when that happens with Alexa, I unplug her and plug her back in, it resets her.  Then you tell her to open jw.org and it does! (You have to go through the long intro to jw.org that she gives you the first time, but after that it's "what can I play for you").

Thanks, Brigette. How do you unplug Alexa? I'd like to unplug Google Assistant if such things is possible.

I guess she was talking about an echo device which is always plugged

Try to reset your phone

Sorry Carlos, I actually realized after i answered you that you were probably talking about the Google Assistant on your phone and not about your Google Assistant on a home device.  If restarting your phone doesn't help, then try different wording.  I know with Alexa, we have "skills" we have to enable in the app and once enabled, they should always work after that.  I don't think it's the same with Google assistant.

I think the problem in on Google's end. An update broke it so I hope a future update will fix it.
