I have to go out to the coast for a dental appointment today. Won’t be back in time to fix dinner, and meeting for service at 5. 
So, right now, I have some venison I cooked up, for stew. The carrots are cooked. (I precook carrots. I think if you put them in any thing that involves a pot, they take over.) 
So before I leave, I will have the stew prepared, so it can be heated up for dinner. 

And, all will be happy…

My idea of a charcuterie is any collection of leftovers we have combined with cheese and wine. I love small leftovers, makes a great dinner.

Just got home after a busy night working the streets doing UberEats.

 

 

Got to this pizza joint just as they were closing.

While I was at this pizza place picking up another order, the clerk asked me if I wanted to take another order home with me.

 

This other customer ordered this for takeout, left it sitting there for 90 mins, and they were going to throw it away; they asked me if I wanted it, and I couldn’t refuse.

 

Medium sized chicken, bacon, and ham pizza with mozzarella cheese and barbecue sauce base, along with mini cinnamon rolls. Enough food for the next couple days, all for free.

 

I’m going to have a good dinner next few days, saves me the trouble of trying to cook me something, 😆.

 

If you guys want to come over, I’ll save y’all some! Always willing to share!

I don't think of where everyone is. I hope you and your family stay safe my brother.

We are far enough north of the impact zone that we should be OK .... lots of rain and some wind that may take down power lines but should not cause property damage

Had simple ziti with spaghetti sauce yesterday, and homemade garlic bread with some extra cheese on some bread thins. For the garlic bread, my roommate and I were testing out our recently-bought Ninja multiuse air fryer oven. Worked great! Love the brand. Needed a tad bit more garlic, but it was a learning process for us.

Not sure what's for dinner tonight. Maybe some fried oyster strips.
