I don't think I would say doesn’t support. Since the UK is, according to Trump, considering sending aircraft carriers, then there is some support. That support was just too little too late in Trump's opinion. 

 

Historically there have been times when the US and UK were less than 100% equal on global matters. These events include:

 

Suez Crisis (1956): The US applied massive financial pressure to force the UK to abandon its invasion of Egypt, marking a significant decline in British influence.

 

Libya Intervention (2011): President Obama publicly criticized Prime Minister Cameron for his role in the intervention, which he termed a "$@#¡show" that created a power vacuum .

 

The President acts that if someone is not in lockstep agreement with him in both intensity and timing, then they are against him. They can return to his good graces by paying a price - literally or figuratively.

I don’t see religion ending anytime soon. Instead, something major would probably have to happen first—such as a global catastrophe, a World War III, massive depopulation, or some other dramatic event, such as Israel may destroy the Muslim Dome of the Rock to rebuild the Third Temple.

Maybe the next president of the United States will be less supportive of religion and may instead give more support to the United Nations again.

The churches  are a shell of their former selves they are rotting from the inside showing pastor praying for trump changes nothing its just a show..attendance is still failing and most pastors are more and more being seen as greedy money hungry people that are entertainers and motivational speakers more than anything its a mirage.

That's unfortunate. Thailand and Cambodia was already fighting on and off in 2025 (because of claims of land, especially temple grounds) 

 

Actually, Trump was involved in this too, he was on a "peace" campaign and acted as mediator to stop the conflict for two countries to sign a ceasefire which was broken again later.

If true (and I'm not saying it is or isn't without verification), then neither Thailand nor Cambodia are "relatively peaceful nations."

I believe that video is at least a couple of months old. I noticed there was no date on that footage, so I googled "Thai footage drone strike house" and found the same attack as far back as December 10, 2025.

Then it would be better to link to 7News Adelaide.  Doing this helps establish if, as @yzarctonmi pointed out, the news is current or old. It also helps establish if it's authentic or not. Anyone can digitally insert a logo to make a video appear real. It's much harder to fake a video that is on a news agency's own website. 

 

It's sad we live in such a world where it's getting harder to distinguish real, current news from fake news or recycled footage passed off as current.  The only story I found on 7news Adelaide's website about a Thailand drone strike against Cambodia is from July 2025.

Imagine that when religions are shut down, the government arrests all the members of the Governing Body, just as happened in 1919. Then it takes control of the JW website and uses artificial intelligence—which by then will be far more advanced than it is today—to create videos pretending to be the Governing Body, making Broadcasting programs and giving “strange” new instructions.

What would be the chances that even some of the chosen ones might be deceived?
 It will be impossible to tell whether a video is real or fake.

Let's actually explore this. If they were arrested, that means police showed up at Bethel. I'm not sure how many work at Bethel, but it's a considerable amount of people with cellphones. At least some of them will be able to send messages to family and the word will get out. 

 

Eventually a CO will be informed and he will spread the information out, perhaps to other Bethels or through contact channels I am not aware of so that we will personally hear about it from our own elders. Once we are aware of this, any videos that come out can be refuted by the elders, which will be even easier if the topic of the videos does not makes sense from a Witness perspective.

 

Alternative: The cops block all cellphone activity and Bethel goes dark. They have regular contact with other regions that would suddenly get no response. If the "GB" started putting out videos when no one can get through to them, same story: word gets out that something is wrong.

 

Now, if the government went to all this trouble to replace the GB and send a message, the message must be important to them. I wouldn't mind hearing theories about the possible message and the timing of it.

The way Jehovah operates it's likely we as an organization will have moved to a different way to distribute spiritual food and instruction. 

 

Don't get me wrong, I expect all Bethels to be closed and confiscated. I also expect there will be a way Jehovah's sheep continue to be fed that won't be interrupted by Satan.

The problem is that we are not that centralized. All the branches would get that something is fishy so they would not translate and publish this weird content.
