Usually it's both. The annual meeting is posted as the January broadcasting, and the contents of the talks are published as Watchtower study articles some months later.

Great broadcast! I really appreciated the talk on Jehoida and his wife. I never thought about them doing things to please only Jehovah like that. It was so great to see so many new helpers to the governing body. I couldn’t help but wonder if any of them may be future governing body members 🤔😁

The Hebrew word cushi or kushi is an affectionate term generally used in the Bible to refer to a dark-skinned person of African descent.
