2026 convention spoilers

Btw, while we’re talking about spoilers, this August we were visiting Mt. Ebo film studios and I saw some props labeled Convention 2026. Unfortunately, they were some generic food props so I don’t have faintest idea what the videos are going to be about 😄

For those in Britain are you going to the same location as your 2025 convention? 

Some are, whilst there are significant changes for others including utilising assembly halls even if its further away than your previous convention location.

Hi Adam. Yes, we are going to the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) next year as well - August 7-9th

Using assembly location for the convention next year.

There will be 3 at the MK Arena, not using the main stadium, the smaller inside arena.  No London Excel next year. 2 at Surrey assembly hall, and another at the North London assembly hall.

Here in Iowa, the date changed from July to August! I don’t recall this being done like this before! We’ve always gone July 4th weekend that I remember!

To confirm there is also a 2026 convention at Wembley Arena that was used previously. 

Congregations close to London Excel in South East London / North Kent (London No.1 Circuit and South East No.5 Circuit) are assigned to the Surrey Assembly Hall over the two weekends as per the website.

 

There are still a number of congregations in South & East London including Essex that are yet to their 2026 convention assignment letter.

Capacity is approx. 1600 with all parts of the main auditorium and dining rooms used.

Oh, hi nice! One sister went this week to Mauritius from our town. She’s going to be there for 3 months.
