Missing Broadcasts

I went to catch up on some broadcasts, but noticed that they've all been removed prior to 2021, other than the graduation videos. It's it just me or are others seeing the same?

Except for Gilead Graduations and Annual Meetings, the regular broadcasts were removed.

Unfortunately, those old JW Broadcasting videos are now “permanently archived” and will no longer be made available, although some may return when needed.

You can still contact your branch if you want to check, but they may either say they don’t have the answer or confirm that the videos are archived.

When did they do that? seems strange

I think it was just within the last couple of days. I thought it was kind of strange too, so I'm not sure what the reasoning is behind it, but I'm assuming we'll find out.

Did anyone have any of the older broadcasts downloaded in your JWLibrary app? Are they still there?

 

Sometimes when a publication is no longer available in JWL, the downloaded copies will also be removed.

The talks and other segments that formed the monthly broadcasts are still there.

It seems the monthly broadcasts prior to jwb-080 (May 2021) have been removed.  That is when they changed the format code, prior to that it was something like pub=jwb&issue=202104

I don't keep the monthly broadcasts anyway. But I do keep the individual videos stored on an external hard drive. So even if the brothers removed some of those videos, I would still have them. That's enough for me.
