After the last few months I feel like i'm just dragging myself around... tired, exhausted and emotionally drained... Need a pick me up... Loved the Branch visit and how Jehovah understands but its hard for me to get that thru my head....

I agree with brother Greg, very timely!
Sometimes, I also felt that way "feeling so drained, tired, exhausted". What I did to re-charged my energy was doing a Personal Bible reading in order to get a connection to Jehovah God (source of power). Also, watching (DVD/Video) that is faith strengthening like we did last night (with my wifey) were watching "Walk by Faith" and the other night was "The Prodigal Return".
Try to eat good foods (vegetables/fruits) or anything you like - reward yourself for any accomplishments you did. Go out with your friends or you may visit beautiful places.

I was where you are now Jewelz not too long ago. I decided to just concentrate on getting the important things done everyday like my daily text, bible reading, making meetings, personal study and getting out in the ministry at least once a week. I changed my eating habits (more fruits and veggies, less dairy and sugar) and gradually added in other days for service as I felt better. Instead of talking to Jehovah about how I felt, I found more ways to praise him instead in my prayers and that really helped with my attitude and well being.

Thanks everyone ..It sems the simplest of things like Bible reading and just getting out of bed are difficult... I have a lot a head of me, looks like a court date with husband, health issues and just the everyday stuff... family issues, I can listen to things but reading seems impossible. my attention span isnt there. I miss my friends in Cali and getting started in a new hall is yough. sorry for the whining...
