This elderly female King Parrot knows where to get the best spot for her breakfast. Unlike her contempories where they fight amongst themselves on the seed feeders, she let's me come close to her and feed her with the seed in the cup whilst she is on one of the tree branches, and this week she now flies onto the cup itself.

My wife had a stroke that required a week long stay at the medical facility OHSU in Portland, Oregon. 

 

They have two medical campuses and use an arial tram to transport employees and visitors. This is the view from the upper campus with a view of Mount Hood. I would end up here each morning as it was a good place to pray.
