Just some of the photos from our trip to The Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens in Woodland, Washington for our 24th wedding anniversary.

It's about 20 miles from our home, which is about our travel limit anymore due to health issues. We ended up staying longer so we could visit the historic home too. So we went to lunch and came back after staying for about 40 minutes and came back for the tour at 1pm. It was worth the wait.

Not only did we see the inside of the home, look at the clouds that rolled in behind the water/wind tower barn area!
Around 11am it was blues skies, then around 1:30 dramatic(rain free) clouds!

See, I said it. The climate change thingy wasn't true.

This is what is wrong. Problem solved! Am I not a genius!

So you're saying the problem with the world being hot was Ghana? Haha

(Be careful! The above comment came from a suspicious source, a 20 year old. There's a risk that he is being: Idiot, reckless or stupid)

My wife Debbie made a really cool quilt out of denim. We shopped at a thrift store, buying several pairs of used jeans during a "fill a bag for $5" sale.

We washed them thoroughly and she cut them into squares. For the backing she used a red plaid flannel sheet. The quilt is heavy.  She included the pockets from the jeans too which serves as a tv remote holder!

Alien-like creature discovered on Oregon beach

The fish is rare, and according to the aquarium, only 31 species have been recorded worldwide.

"Living in complete darkness, at 2,000-3,300 feet (below the sea,) these fish are rarely seen," states its post.

"these fish are rarely seen"...Well, I understand why. It looks like tar with piranha teeth

On se demande parfois à quoi pensaient-ils !   👑 🤔 💭

True ! This is exactly the question I sometimes ask myself when I see moray eels, blobfish or the starry condylure. Many of them live in the abyss or in darkness. Does light play a role in ugliness (ugly for us but are they really ugly ?)?

Then Jehovah, the source of all light, must be stunningly beautiful, so is his Son and arguably every celestial creature.

World's most expensive feather sold at auction

A single feather of the now extinct New Zealand huia bird has set a world record after being sold for NZD$46,521.50 ($28,417, £22,409) at an auction. ( check your feather pillows before you throw them away! ) 😂

My husband and I went to the zoo to rejuvenate ourselves with Jehovah’s amazing creation. I know many people hate snakes, but I love snakes. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to photograph this beautiful snake because of his position on the branch. We could visualize this as a picture in one of the publications depicting Satan using the serpent to converse with Eve.

A cute little Rock Squirrel poses for a photo yesterday. It was funny, I saw the squirrel and we stared at each other for a few seconds. I then asked if I could take it's picture. It turned sideways (see photo) and allowed me to take several photos. I said "thanks for letting me take you photo" and soon as I said that it left.
It stopped looked back at me as if to say "have a nice day". This was before the Muscovy duck photos yesterday.
