Have you ever wondered if Adam and Eve were short?

Their lives were shortened, self imposed. Since the universe is said to be expanding, I am not sure if our ancestors were, in fact, shorter. Some tribes in Africa seem to be shorter, as my children's ancestor from South Africa. Other African tribes historically were taller. It is assumed that humans have gotten taller, older, and fatter in the past hundred years.http://www.livescience.com/46894-how-humans-changed-in-100-years.html If so, why am i always dieting?  As for the universe expansion theory, hey, just cause I have a degree in Astro-physics, it's not like it takes a rocket scientist.
