I know. I was there when he did his 19,000^th post, and I sent him a PM. Funny, he didn't even realize it!

 

He'll likely do 20,000 without knowing it either. Does someone with that many posts even keep track?

On another forum I've been using for almost 16 years they won't allow anyone to talk about post counts...

I was quite surprised when someone sent me an e.mail to say I'd reached 5,000, and their software at that time allowed them to not have the post count on every post, it was only in the members' list.

I marked my 10,000th post with a special post, that didn't go down well, so my subsequent marking of every 5,000 posts has been in a code that I understand.

So, yes, someone with a lot of posts might keep track of where they're up to...
