There exists the one speaking thoughtlessly as with the stabs of a sword, but the tongue of the wise ones is a healing. Because, pleasant sayings are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and a healing to the bones.(Proverbs 12:18,16:24)

How about phrases like :

* I hurt too much to sleep.

* I wish I felt like it.

* Maybe someday I will be able to do that.

* Why is there so much suffering?

As for new world greetings how about :

* What you up to?

* How's your day been?

* What's on the agenda?

Ancient Greeks used  Χαίρε!  for greetings.   That means Rejoice! in  Greek .

Would be good for the New sistem, I think.

...absolute rubbish...
