Funny, my Doctor had me drink a beer a day to increase milk supply while I was breast feeding. Never knew Guinness would build up your Iron. Learn something new everyday.

A Nurse told my wife once that beer would help bring in the milk for mothers who are having problems breast feeding. The advice was too late in coming to help my wife and son but I am glad the suggestion helps other moms.

I'm not much of beer drinker, but will drink an occasional Coors Lite or Michelob Light; NO other beers. Cold beer on Hot day with BBQ, pizza or mexican food.

Mixed drink is Tequilla Sunrise; or in San Antonio...Sangria; at home : Sangria wine cooler with pulp orange juice.

My absolute favorite is McEwan Scotch Ale, but is almost impossible to find here in the US. Soooo, next is New Castle Brown Ale. Here is where my brain switches. At the beach or when having Mexican food (which living in California is a lot, yummmie) it is only Corona with a lime.

Down Town Brown, not fussy though, a good cold Coors Lite, preferably with A Big Red Pizza from the local pizza place in Willow Creek. A happy gal......got my own personal driver. Even one beer, and I will not drive. My husband does not drink. And by the way, how do bars stay in business???
