Help with Android JW Library needed

A sister in my congregation has a problem on her Samsung tablet and asked me for help. I do not use Android, and it is not a problem I have encountered before.

Her JWLibrary app has started to add publications in Achi and Abui languages.  She has not requested these and we cannot see how to remove them.

 

Has anyone any dea of this problem and how it may be resolved?  Thanks for any help you can give.

JW App can be squirrelly.  On the same box as the publication there should be 3 dots arranged vertically, press that and choose the option to delete the publication.  Once all the publications are gone for that language, I think and hope.  Hahaha.  Probably doesn't help you much but give it a shot.

Well, the first solution is to listen to the angels and learn the language. If that doesn't work, then if the pubs are just showing up in the What's New section, make sure the language listed just to the right is correct.

Has she checked her "default Language" and made sure she has not somehow, accidently changed it?
