It doesn't work. You'll have to be patient. They changed the system.

What I did notice to have changed is that they changed the HTTP routing on the CDN edge (the Amazon Cloudfront links were transformed into shorter JW-CDN.org links). However, the GetPubMediaLinks API has been running on a JW-CDN.org URL for many months now. Might have been made some changes over there too?
