I'm pretty sure it won't have any thing to do with Star Wars....

"All pioneers may now carry lightsabers in the ministry."

Going to watch it this Friday with some other single sisters.

I have to admit I stopped when he ( Bro Jedele ) said that we are his ( Jehovah's )children... We had the understanding before  that once we pass the test after the 1000 years then we would be his children, not now in our imperfect state.... Now I'm wondering when did this change..... 🤔🤔

I think you are making an equivocation fallacy

For those of us with bad parents or no parents. I felt that in my heart. My perfect Jehovah has built more confidence in me in the last 3 years since I've returned than the first 40 years of my life with my real one. I've never been more put down and disregarded by my fleshly parents that I'm okay with Jehovah saying I'm a child in some capacity. Not that I'm anointed or anything special. I could be a dirt child for all I care. But Jehovah has showed he loves me more than my real one. I think of Matt 6:31-34, my Heavenly Father has given me everything I need. Mark 10:28,29 is true with that. Malachi 3:10 too. So, I'm okay with it, despite the understanding.

It fits with the explanation that (according to Revelation) we are serving God "in the Temple" according to Br. Losch's discussion in the Annual Meeting.

I wonder then, if that is a clarification that hasn't been published or referenced yet under "Beliefs Clarified." I don't think I grasped what Br. Losch was explaining completely, if it was a new explanation that would correct what was stated recently here:

"The ancient pattern. The tabernacle had one courtyard—a fenced, open area where the priests performed their duties. The large copper altar of burnt offering was located in the courtyard, along with a copper basin of water that the priests used to cleanse themselves before performing their sacred service. (Ex. 30:17-20; 40:6-8) The temples that were built later, however, also had an outer courtyard where those who were not priests could stand and worship God.

The Christian reality. Before moving on to serve as priests with Jesus in heaven, the remnant of his anointed brothers faithfully serve in the earthly inner courtyard of the spiritual temple. The presence of the large basin of water is an important reminder for them, as it is for all Christians, to remain morally and spiritually clean. Where, then, do the “great crowd,” who loyally support Christ’s anointed brothers, offer their worship? The apostle John saw them “standing before the throne,” in what corresponds on earth to the outer courtyard, where “they are rendering [God] sacred service day and night in his temple.” (Rev. 7:9, 13-15) How we cherish having a place in Jehovah’s arrangement for pure worship!" --- w23 p.29

I haven't watched it yet but this reminded me of an exchange between two characters in the movie "The Breakfast Club"

"Parents, huh? What do they do to you?"

"They ignore me."

Here is the second sentence in his talk.  The section is titled...Are there only Anointed Christian in the spiritual temple?...

"Here’s a question: True or false? Since in Bible times the temple arrangement was closely connected with the priests, today the ones in the spiritual temple are only the anointed Christians. Answer: false."

A later section is entitled...Who serves in the spiritual temple?...

"Next point: Do only the anointed serve in the spiritual temple? What do you think? No. The great crowd also serve in the temple. They are shown in vision at Revelation 7:15 as “rendering him [holy] service day and night [and then it says] in his temple.”

So, what does that mean? They are included in this arrangement of worship. Revelation 7:15 says literally: “That is why they are before the throne of God, and they are rendering him sacred service day and night in his temple.”

So the great crowd is “in [the] temple.” Then it continues: “And the One seated on the throne will spread his tent over them.” They do not need to be in heaven in order to be in his temple."

We have not yet received any of the material from the 2025 Annual Meeting in print form in the Watchtower.  So it can't be listed in the 'beliefs clarified' section of the Index.  We have received the July 2026 Watchtower already so keep an eye peeled for August or September issues...♥️

NOTE: you can always go back over the printed transcript (or watch the video again).  I have done both 3 times.
