I'm am an over person and it bothers me to the extent that if I use other people's bathrooms I have to correct any wrongly hung rolls. These people may think they have hung it right, but they're wrong, and I'm sure they will realise the error of their ways once they experience a correctly hung roll.

We had a young unbaptized publisher who had downs syndrome and wanted her tp over. I was one of the few people with whom she went out in service and we always had a hoot of a time. At some time during the morning, I would manage to have a bathroom break at her house and reverse the roll. At whatever time she discovered it, she would yell my name. When she got baptized, I gave her a cash gift and found a pretty floral roll of double ply toilet tissue. I rigged it up in her family bathroom to go over and under at the same time. She really liked it and was happy with her gift. Personally, I like over with the folded point, but i don't reverse anybody else's arrangement. That's just the way I roll.

I don't mind. But I do have a leaning to the "wrong" side on this, simply because I feel it helps save paper and prevent it unraveling all over the floor, which can happen sometimes if one gets too ethusiastic . With it "under", it slows down the unravel, making such less likely.

Under for me, not really caring though if someone does put it over.  But since it's always me that does this drudgery of a job, then it's under.  Except when I feel like pampering myself, then it's over with the pointy tip.  Yes, I have no life....

At the Kingdom Hall any time its put in the “wrong” direction i switch it.

If I go to someone's house (just family and very close friends) and it's the 'wrong' way, I change it. Just wish I was a fly on the wall when they find it.

Don't give up .. it's just around the corner.

About 1976  my brother and I went on holiday/vacation down to the coast with about 8 other family members in a large extended bungalow. For about 12 days I would go into the toilet, see the toilet paper sitting on the floor randomly on the right and carefully put it in the holder hanging on the left wall.

Eventually our elderly aunt yelled out “Who keeps putting the toilet paper under that dripping ceiling?!”

Well how was I to know?

The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the true God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole obligation of man. Ec 12:13
