I love stilettoes ... the type you wear on your feet ..... and when I was younger I wore 6 inch heels everywhere.  Now I am old(er) and my legs, knees and other bits don't like them anymore but I really don't like flats so I compromise and wear 2 inch heels which are quite hard to get here,  When I was in England last year I went shoe shopping and came back with 4 pairs.  In fact, thinking back, I realise that every time I go I come back with a number of pairs.  Hmmm!!!! I only just realised that.  Interesting. Never thought of myself as a shoe-a-holic before.

A few years back I was helping a family move, there were stacks of plastic boxes, I counted over 150 boxes and that wasn't nearly all of them, just the ones that I carried. ..

They were all shoes.....

I  made one trip with my truck, full, with just womens shoes....:o

My 13's, in her 6 or 7s, for a mile?...

I don't beeleeve they would last more than a few steps...

At least, that's what my observations lead me to bleeve.

How are your feet these days, anyways?

Feet are fine. I grind out a set of soles about every 8-10 months. Just replace them

Does anyone have two different sized feet? I always knew I did, the right was a 10 and the left a 9, but now my right foot is an 11 and my left is a 9 or 9.5. So the size gap is widening and it's hard to find shoes in a size 11.

Do you drive fast?

Not really, but that's partly the car's fault. :) Why?

The lead in your right foot would make it bigger...

I don't know if mine are different sizes, I do know they are different shapes. I  got one pretty much crushed once and it now fits into shoes a little bit different than the other side. ..

I do know that you shouldn't be able to touch your heel with your big toe.....this is not a design feature and was never in the available options list...

Because it is no longer a custom to wash each other's feet.

I guess it would be if we walked around barefoot. Would be kind of nice custom. You'd come into a house, sit down, and someone in the household would start washing your feet, put oil in your hair, perhaps a few puffs of a nice perfume. I could live with that.

Why is it better to walk with shoes than the way we were created?

Who created the first footwear?

I think it was Abrahams son from Keturah,... Shu'ah Gen.- 25:2

Genesis 18:3 - Then he said: “Jehovah, if I have found favor in your eyes, please do not pass by your servant. 4 Please, let a little water be brought and have your feet washed; then recline under the tree.

Abraham? When Abraham saw the Angel and he felt pressured so he do what he wanted to be done by others toward him. Matthew 7:12 :) :D

All glory and praises goes to Jehovah :)
