What's the Weather like where you live?

Recommended Posts

Welp, we did have gust of 63 mph today. Glad there wasn’t snow with this wind.

Makes Lake Superior look very angry.

Someone video the waves going over 30 ft high rocks.

this pic is by a motel which is on the east side of the lake.

It’s like we have our own little hurricane going on here

Got up for service and faced: torrential, turbulent , and occasionally intermittent rainfall. Hmm, decided to do telephone updates with Bible Students, then  errands.  Not a day to start a new territory.  The sun'll come up tomorrow, maybe.

We got our first snow last nigh

Keep that faith Pauline!

It's funny you mentioned your first snowfall because

we haven't had snow yet either, and we usually get snow in

the beginning of October...strange:huh:phenomenon.

Take it easy my friend.:uhhuh:

You're a real trooper serving Jehovah.

We had our hottest start to November on record on Tuesday - 36.2C.  Cooled off yesterday to 34C, today is 32 and in the high 20's to low 30's for the next week.  It has come as a shock as up till last week it has been like Winter and then all of a sudden, up she went!!!

Don't give up .. it's just around the corner.

Thunder and more than 15,000 lightning strikes cracked across Melbourne skies last night during the intense storm.

With more storms expected across Victoria tomorrow, authorities are warning people to stay indoors during the severe weather.

Stood under a tree? O wow! :omg:

If it wasn’t so sad, I would say, “I’ll bet they didn’t see that one coming.” :nope:

I heard the word s..w......., :o

We haven't had any s_ _ w, yet, and I usually dread it. But, since we had a bear pull the chain link fence off our trash pavilion (now repaired), I have been shortening my night time dog walking. My neighbors think the bear has gone into hibernation, but if i recall correctly, bears can forage for food year round.  So my thinking is if I won't see any bear tracks, I can extend after-dark dog walking.  Verdad, es no verdad?

Welp, yesterday I thought I’d have to build an ark it rained so hard.

I didnt sleep at all Sunday night. I went to bed at 9:30 last night and I “think I slept righ5 thru the night.

anyway, this morning when I took Sophie to see her Grammy (gets lots of treats) at the hair salon they said we had a thunderstorm with BIG booms last night. Didn’t hear a thing.

Hmmm, and Sophie didn’t wake me up. :shrugs:

Tommorow...3-5 inches of blowing snow.

Go figure

I can vouch for the severe thunderstorms with lots of lightning and high winds.

The high winds disturbed my sleep more than the torrential rains and thunder, though.

Weird weather for December in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Just glad we don't live in the far northern U.P.   They are under a winter storm/blizzard watch

up in the Keeweena Peninsula. (Not sure on the spelling.)
