I was surprised to hear this, do you think its true.  I ask because the neon lights might be considered disturbing for the wildlife - maybe they won't light at night...

yes I know, but remember Novembers jwb on media?  They may well have been informed by the brothers what we'll do with the sign I'm not saying they weren't, but I'm just wondering .... We'll see soon enough I guess especially if it's put up at warwick

Maybe the bulbs will be changed to LED, or maybe the sign will be put inside the comeplex...or near the entrance to one of our Bethels, or in a history museum, or.....at a nearby Interstate exit ramp!!!

They can recycle it in other bethel I think you sis hope already said it before that it will be removed before and this happened. Thank you sis hope for this thread

Oh, I get it. Yes, the article was edited. The original article is dated December 6 at 9 PM (Eastern Time in the US). But run the mouse over the "Updated" note, and it says December 7 at 11:11 AM.

From I saw earlier, that may not be the only edit.

 

When I looked at the article this morning the top picture was just that, a picture - at least it was on my PC.

Yes it has been changed, isn't that funny.... I think we should all volunteer for the research department, we clearly have an eye for details.  I'm  going to write to Bethel right away!!  Who is with me? WHO? !!

Awww, bye bye famous sign! I believe some pilots that fly in the area said how much they miss it, especially at night. It was like a warm welcome beacon telling them they were home one pilot was reported as saying.
