And if he threw in the word "immorality" instead of "immortality" again, I would laugh just as hard the 2nd time.  The look on his face...

It could be that they are assigned to certain countries that may be under ban, and so by just announcing the general area, it's a protection to them?

Maybe, or that they are assigned to serve circuits that span several countries.
