WOL has just been added to jw.org under LIBRARY> ONLINE LIBRARY

 

Woo hoo...

 

How long will it be before it disappears from it's own web address?

Yes, and I noticed the content seems the same as Watchtower Library..older publications plus Watchtowers back to 1950, etc.💡

I think the difference is it is listed in the menu as opposed to tapping the icon at the bottom of the home page.:coffee:

Its about the sites merging...

After a transition, this will be the entry point to WOL...

It's baby steps but it's happening baby.

I could've sworn that the link to the Online Library has always existed in the Publication section of jw.org.

So to me, it seemed like nothing has changed at all.

I wonder if the separate route for the online library will be done away with...

I have separate icons on my homepage because I found it easier, at times, to navigate within the online library.

If there is only one way to access all of our stuff, will that be an issue somewhere down the line?

no, it is still a stand alone website, however the link is new...

 

It was added  about 90 minutes ago.

 

It is very exciting!

 

It is the beginning of the SuperSite!

 

It's like the beautifully stocked refrigerator in Jehovah's Spiritual feeding program...

I'm not sure, but now that the word "Library" has replaced the word "Publications" it may be directing users to more content containing publications..if that makes sense!:perplexed: Oh well..in any case I think it is awsome!!😍

No it didn't exist yesterday or this morning here in Australia.

 

i know there are local differences, but i can assure you, we haven't had it.

 

We have always had to access it from JW.Library or a direct typing of the address.

 

In Australia, we couldn't even search for WOL. It was like it was a little bit hidden.

Since jw.org does not host the old Kingdom Melodies (1984) that used to be on tv.jw.org, they can no longer be played nor downloaded.

If you are in Korea, there is a strong chance your servers may have slight changes.

 

If you are in Australia, possibly you may be accessing through a Korean server?

 

Just a thought.

 

I can only report our experience in in the land down under...
