Pope picks 21 new cardinals in move that broadens pool of who will choose his successor

I appeal to the international community to end the spiral of revenge and not to repeat attacks, like the one carried out by Iran a few days ago, which can plunge that region into an even bigger war,” the pope said before his announcement of new cardinals.

“All nations have the right to exist in peace and security, and their territories must not be attacked or invaded, sovereignty must be respected and guaranteed by dialogue and peace, not hatred and war.”

Question, is this new un “pact of the future” already happening? Has it began?

it was “adopted” a few weeks ago but is that meaning it began already or it needs voted in first?

if it has begun, how has it begun as countries aren’t exactly giving the un power or anything

it seems like it HAS begun but no one cares about it. Thanks I’m totally ignorant to the goings on of the un etc

Yes, that was a good reminder. If this system got too bad, then even worldly people would conclude that the world must be ending.

Are you sure this belongs to this thread? Also it’s always a good idea to add description for the link as this one takes us to October broadcasting in Russian language.

Jehovah is such a merciful and patient God that it may take decades upon decades before the end comes. Will there be an updated version of the Proclaimers book, since new anointed ones are being appointed?

Sounds like nothing's new from AM .

We know that nations will give its power to  the UN.

And we know that they will turn on false religions.

We know that the nations give power to the UN and that will be the start of the GT. This is new according what we first thought that the GT start of when the UN turns on false religion.

I also believe from this that peace and security will start when the nations decide to give their power to the UN.

Below is the opinion of artificial intelligence

If nations authorized the UN to manage their affairs and delegated power to it, the UN could contribute in several ways to help all nations by promoting global cooperation and addressing complex issues in a more coordinated and effective manner. Here are some ways the UN could contribute:

1. Maintaining international peace and security: The UN could have more authority to intervene in conflicts, prevent wars, and resolve disputes through diplomatic negotiations and more effective peacekeeping missions.

2. Economic development: The UN could better coordinate global efforts to reduce poverty, promote sustainable growth, and support developing nations through programs like the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

3. Human rights protection: With more power, the UN could establish more effective mechanisms to monitor and punish human rights violations anywhere in the world, promoting greater justice and equity.

4. Responses to global crises: The UN would have a greater capacity to coordinate responses to global emergencies, such as pandemics, natural disasters, and humanitarian crises, mobilizing resources and assistance quickly.

5. Environmental management: The UN could implement stricter global environmental policies to combat climate change, biodiversity loss, and other environmental problems affecting the planet as a whole.

6. Reforms in global governance: If granted more power, the UN could promote reforms in international institutions, making the global system fairer and more representative for all nations, regardless of their size or economic power.

However, this centralization of power in the UN would face challenges, such as ensuring that all nations are equally represented, avoiding domination by major powers, and preserving national sovereignty

in sensitive issues.

The whole things looks to be happening almost at the same time : Giving power to the UN / P&S / Attack on BtG

I do not think this fit the description of Revelation 17:12,13.
