Here in Denmark it is quite common for clergy to be atheist. It has been in the newspapers a few times in the last few years, but it seems not to be very much interest in it for the public. Most people just shrugs. But, well, the danes are not that much religios either.

I have read an article in the Atlantic about it. And a lot of lies.

When I was a child my brothers collected stamp and I inheritede the Collection ( is that the right Word?). I still have them after fifty years but I never look at them.

I would like to know how it is going my Brothers and sisters in England and Ireland. It is not much in the news over here in Denmark about that anymore. We have had very little winter or bad weather so far. OK we had a few storms but nothing like what you had. I would like to know a little more. You have been in my prayers. This Winter have been unusual light over here, almost only three weeks of frost and down to -10C and of cource some wind.

The storm hit Denmark about 1800 local time with windspeed about 150 km an hour. I Wonder why the Brits always have to export these storms It certainly has been a windy nigt. The Water level at the vest coast of Jutland has been up to 4 meters about the normal. Also on parts of the east coast will the Water level rise because the storm blow the Water into Skagerak and Kattegat. Other parts of the east coast will have low levels because the Water are blown up to Finland, but it vill get "interresting" when it returns. I have not heard from my broters and sisters in the congregation because the storm has hit at night, but I hope they are all rigt. Also Northern Germany has been hit almost like Denmark. It look like this storm is not quite as bad as the one about a month ago, that was a rough one.

This storm also hit Denmark. Where I live it startet about 1300hour. It must have picked up speed over the Northsee because it is rapported vindspeeds at 200km pr. hour in the news. In my congregation is there not rapported any accidents and I have not heard about any in other congregations and THAT I am very happy for.

I live in Europe. More precisely in Denmark in a small town which name litterally means "Grey stone". It is close to the German border. We are just about 100 in the congregation here. And, if I have to say it, it is a very nice congregation.

It is very nice. It reminds me of the paintings and drawings of M.C.Escher.
