My hobby is photography and the lights reflection in my opinion  is to strong (see two bright white spots)

Real living tissue reflects light more evenly and glass reflects light in a way pictured.

Yeah I've heard that too.  90% of crashes are because the rider is driving beyond his skill level or just too fast.  I'm not about fast, I'm not about goofing off, I'm about enjoying the ride.  I also have dual sport bikes and in 30+ years I have never had an accident.  I choose life.  It's the idiots riding wheelies down the road that ruin it for the rest of us normal riders.  And really you can fall off a horse, get hit walking in a cross walk, or get in an accident driving your car somewhere.  I take life very seriously.  ;)

Be as careful as you can.  So many accidents happen because auto drivers just don't take the time to see the cycle before passing or changing lanes.  Drivers seem to have this, me first, get out of my way attitude. It was a cyclist that provided a kidney and pancreas to my son who was dying from the complication of diabetes so my heart goes out both ways.

We live in an area where, in the city near us (major college town), there are many motorcycles and scooters. In addition to the driver attitudes we also have to contend with motorcycle riders who think they can ride between the traffic lanes, passing all the stopped cars, to get to the front of the line at traffic lights. We also have scooter drivers that think, regardless of the speed (or lack of speed) they can ride in the inner (faster) traffic lanes where they cannot keep up with the flow. Some of them also like to weave in and out of the traffic.

Yeah lane splitting legal or not is something I would never do. I think it should be banned in all 50 states.
