Hey, us old guys have to pass our time somehow ...

It's hard to poke a turtle in the eye when he can pull his head inside his shell -

And as for me .... well, would you really want to try and poke a Klingon anywhere?

I'm just a simple blonde so I can do anything if I really want to ...  BE SCARED!

Any details on what happened to this kitty cat?

This is an orphaned cheetah cub that was brought to Ukutula Game reserve and Lion Park in South Africa. The Park specializes in orphaned lions. They were persuaded to accept the cheetah cub after seeing how miserable the young animal was. It grew up in the company of lions and as well as many paying volunteers from around the world. When these two photos were taken he had only been in care of the Lion Park for a few days. He did not fit in. His companions the baby lions were adorable, he was miserable.

The Ukutula is run by a Witness couple. Besides being world famous, it is famous among JWs that visit SA. My wife and niece stayed there in a bungalow with a Witness couple that had been in our previous congregatin. Since Gertrude’s visit the park now features cheetahs along with lions.

I couldn't find an image of our little orphan, Gertrude took the ones I posted.

If you don't like spiders, look away!!!

Australian Bird Eating Spider is about 2 meters away from us. I think the rain washed it out of the tree. We are in the shade of the tree on the other side doing carts.

We are both keeping an eye on each other for the last few hours.
