I guess I never realized just how similar Canada is to my home here in Colorado.

Some of our worst weather in southern Ontario comes from Colorado. :depressed:

Moose are north of me by a fair bit, although they just had one near Midland, ON which is about 50 miles further south than normal.

In Ontario, moose are usually from just south of Parry Sound around Hwy 141 ( almost hit one at old Hwy 69 & 141 ), but more numerous about 30 miles or so north of town, around Pointe au Baril.

Ahh! What happened to our old $2 bill? It's gone the way of the $3 note.

I didn't know Canada had a $3 bill. The Bahamas did. :superman:  The US tried a $2 bill but everybody thought they were bogus. :deadhorse:

No, we never did have one of those. That's where we get the expression "phony as a three-dollar bill." But that was not  only in Canada, eh?

But the Bahamas does. I have seen a $3 bill with the Queen on it.

Car-licking moose prompts warning in southern Alberta
That's a warning from the Alberta government for people visiting Peter Lougheed Provincial Park about 130 kilometres west of Calgary.
Alberta Parks says moose are on the trails at Chester Lake and Burstall Pass and are coming into the trailhead parking lots to lick salt off the sides of vehicles.

But if they miss a spot, will you complain to management?

They are the management.  Complainants end up little bits of grease stomped into the ground. :taz:
