Canada and others.jpg

Oh yeah, we've got plenty of Canada's in the world, and in the universe. And there's a Tim Hortons in every one of them!

That's the best picture(s) you've posted on here, even though they're all part of one montage and are hard to see. I had to download it to look at it properly. Hah! The Milky Eh?

Never made it to Tim Hortons, always too full after breakfast at De Dutch Pannekoek House.

Here is a single pannekoek, if you can call it single, as presented at De Dutch Pannekoek on Capilano RD, Northgate Vancouver.

That is Canada isn't it?:D

I had to look it up...

Per Wikipedia: A pannekoek or pannenkoek[1] (plural pannekoeken) or Dutch pancake is a style of pancake with origins in the Netherlands. [2] Pannekoeken are usually larger (up to a foot in diameter) and much thinner than their American or Scotch pancake counterparts, but not as thin as Crêpes. They may incorporate slices of bacon, apples, cheese, or raisins. Plain ones are often eaten with treacle (syrup made of sugar beets), appelstroop (an unspiced Dutch variety of apple butter) or (powdered) sugar and are sometimes rolled up to be eaten by hand or with cutlery.

Canuk Land

2 years ago while visiting father-in-law down south, we were having breakfast at the State Line Restaurant ( building in Missouri and parking in Arkansas ).

This friend of his mentioned so you are a Canuk.  ( Being from Ontariarario B) ) somehow keeping a straight face, I stated that I was Canadian ( by birth )

and that Canuks where from the West Coast.:D

Then I told him it was like calling him a Yankee ( He being a Hillbilly Redneck millionaire ).:zipmouth:

I think he actually thought I was serious. Call me Canuk, Canadian or what ever, but Never call me late for supper.:eat::bouncing:

Got return monitor to Doctor's then get my Timmie's B) before heading over to the States

So does that mean that it is OK to call you "the Ol' Canuklehead"?  :lol1:

That depends upon what you are feeding me. A nice juicy thick well done steak with garlic smashed spuds and spare the grassy.

I want it by the end of the week. Then and Only Then you can call me what you want.:eat::eat:

Ah hate Grits!  My wife has me make it for her once in a blue moon. We have buy that horrid stuff over in the States.

I do like Vlassic Jalapeños 1.8 L jar $3.88 at local Wally Mart in Fort Gratiot, MI. Add some cocktail onions to the jar.:eat:

Goes good with Steak too.

I know how you feel. I wass born in Philly - not exactly a mecca for grits. My wife's family traces back to multi-generation of native Floridians .... real grits eaters!

I didn't know Canada had so many letters and numbers displayed on a snowy white background. That's impressive...
