Yes, the release time is the "appointed time" It's not the same hour every month. Last month's was already uploaded in the back end at this hour, this month's broadcast is not yet uploaded. In about 8-10 hours (maybe earlier, maybe later) it should be visible on the front end of the website.

I understand.  When one is in lockdown for almost 2 years now, and the world is going from bad to worst and you see no relief in sight, the Broadcast is a welcoming comforter because, it comes from Jehovah.

 

We are all suffering together.  Its been painful and quite a journey.  But, we are already on the journey home.
