a) KOTN loses its influence fast

or

b) GT should come fast, before Anglo American power decays even further

I watched the first 30m and I was surprised by a couple of things that I already knew but I was not expecting to hear it from Putin's mouth.

That Is why I read and see from the sources.

White House and Kremlin official websites, RT and TASS for Russia, a couple of newspapers from China, official news agencies from Iran and North Korea, newspapers from Australia, USA and Europe, and so on.

And preferably transcripts and videos instead of newspapers.

 

And I am seeing this interview directly TCN. Unfortunately the transcript is beyond a paywall. Hoping for it to appear later at the Kremlin website

I recently learned that the Weather Channel does that.  When my dad's congregation was meeting with ours due to remodeling, there was one night that we had some storms pass through.  His cong was all worried about flooding, but from what I could tell the main part was already past.  My dad sent me a radar that had a lot of red in it still coming.  I use Wunderground, and those same areas were yellowish-barely turning orange.  Wunderground also gives specific details, like how many inches of rain would be falling per hour.  It looked perfectly fine as far as I could see.

 

My dad's cong made the decision to all stay on Zoom for the meeting, while we went in person.  Guess how the weather turned out?  There was only a light drizzle, and everyone was fine!!!

 

If it's on TV or makes money from views/users, you can bet things are exaggerated!

While this additional comment of mine comment is off topic, I will add this reference concerning differences in rain forecasts, especially relevant when I look at phone weather apps (and not TV) for my day.

But back to topic, regarding sensationalism, we can only imagine the chaos on TV during the GT, coupled with more years of advancement in technology with developing DEEPFAKE media capabilities.   If there are brothers not familiar with what that word is, and how scary it is becoming, the time to learn is now!

As Iʼve seen what is going on in this country, and it sort of becoming a bit of a joke. This is involving Bible prophecy. So, i try not to attach names, but see this as the 7th world power, that will be alive and kicking when the end comes. 
Iʼve been thinking this way, because Bible prophecy is Bible prophecy. Not to be put aside, or taken lightly. 
As ones mention, a “potential end of democracy”, and it continues to crumble. I figure the gig is about up. Time to batten the hatches.

Jehovah’s organization has made some swift changes. Things none of us contemplated on. Wonderful changes. And, they happened fast.

To me, it’s like a drama, and the players don’t know the script, but they are popping up with it. As a puppet would. And we know who that puppet is. 
I’m not as afraid, (?) as I used to be. When one of the GB mentions, “thriving”, during the GT, I think, “count me in”. 
I look at other times Jehovah saved his people. There may have been hardship for a time, but no panic, and, “Whats next? And, will i make it?” There was cooperation with Jehovah as far as, “What to do?” No fear, panic. Trust. Pure trust. 
I’m getting on in years, and my dearest wish for myself, (beyond the obvious) has been to be alive and see Jehovah’s name cleared, and put where it should be.

Paramount in manʼs existance. 
As we go into Psalms, I sort of see Jehovah laughing at mankindʼs fuutile efforts to keep order and control. They are scrambling. For naught. 
Exciting times ahead.

Oh, the quality of the news. Here and abouts. 60 minutes has been a television show i sort of, “trusted”. Then, good ol Leslie Stahl had a segment on us. Jehovah’s Witnesses. It was child custody. It was full of blatant lies. 
Then, one time, I was listening to BBC, and it was news about this country. Big new. We knew nothing about. Nothing. And it was serious big news.
The news squiggled out, and we heard about it. In this country’s due time.

It dawned on me not to trust any worldly news source, and the news is censored in this country. 
If it wasn’t for how international news really is, we, in this country would have known nothing about it.

Further developments from our GB showing how they're preparing us during the broadcasts- we see many more helpers being added and the direction to help young, 20 somethings, to step up and be trained for MS, to be included in shepherding calls. I thought that was awfully young and I can't say how I'd feel expressing myself in front of such a young one but it's Jehovah's direction. Not to be dramatic but He really is pulling everything together.

My nieces husband was appointed as an elder at 20 about three months ago. Younger and younger.  😊

I watched that interview as well.  So disappointing.  60 minutes had a strong reputation for straight reporting, no bias.  They were known for tracking down elusive "suspects" in parking lots or wherever, and getting impromptu interviews.

 

Leslie Stahl interviewed a brother who was also an attorney.  Possibly directly involved in a custody case?  Anyway, during the interview the concept of monitoring or "managing" who your kids associate with came up.  Leslie acted incredulous at the idea that a JW parent would not allow their child to associate with certain other kids.  It was a ridiculous moment.  Leslie should have been ashamed.

 

Does Leslie allow her kids to hang out with kids who smoke, drink, look at porn?  Oh well, it's a business  .    .    .

Sis, you are pretty much on the money.  We know through prophecies in Daniel and Revelation that this world power is the last.

 

On the news just now there is being said that there is no one running for presidency other than Trump and Biden.  Some are saying Biden is to old and others are afraid of Trump's childish tantrums but, this is all there is. We have come to the end of the line here.  That being the case now, we sit and wait on Jehovah.  Otherwise, not much of a choice huh?

 

There are no more statesmen so, Jehovah can rightfully say that he has given satan and man a chance to rule on their own.  Man and Satan has shown how miserably they have failed without a doubt.  This issue cannot be raised again.

 

So......we sit and wait.  The End is on its way.

What is 16? Is it chapter 16 of Revelation? If so, chapter 17 is about the description of a destruction of Babylon the Great. 16 is about the 7 bowls of angers that I feel we are in the 7th which is in-progress.

Not yet, Daniel, but I'm not surprised. It's very good news, it goes in the direction we want, and after having learned a lot of things at the Regional Convention we are going to put all our heart into it. The film about Jesus will rekindle our flame. Someone very specila was born, lived and died to save as many people as possible, so it will be a tribute to him to give everything during the campaign.
