2024 June Monthly Broadcast

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Only 3 days or so to go.

Perhaps David Splane will host, I think its been a while.

However, we are seeing more 'helpers' to the GB taking the Monthly broadcast now, likely in readiness for Armageddon when the anointed GB brothers have been taken to heaven.

Although, a Gilead graduation is generally hosted by a GB member.

Oh yeah, and Brother Sanderson is supposed to have a beard now.

We saw that in Update #2

Yes, hence 'supposed' is doing a lot of the heavy lifting... unless of course  @Sheep meant Bro Cook? 🤔

Interesting... I found an indication in my notes that Brother Sanderson will be host of the Gilead graduation. However, he's not necessarily going to be the host of the broadcast.

Often at graduation, the themes of modesty and humility are discussed. I really like. So much to learn about these qualities that Jehovah loves in particular...

In this world we are like tightrope walkers suspended in the void. I would therefore like a theme which addresses the necessary balance, not imitating Peter who had a miraculous experience by walking on water but as soon as he took his eyes off Jesus: Poof, the cup. Jesus now and forever like a light in the storm and we will all walk on water.

I imagine that it will also be a question of stabilizing the congregations and of preaching above all, not getting discouraged, and also avoiding calming your anxiety with chocolate, because if you have to run soon to escape those who are chasing us (delicious Brother Herd did say 'hide and seek', didn't he?) so we need to lighten the love handles. I say that, I say nothing...

P.S.: Dear Brother @Particule de poussière, I promise to offer you a land of cocoa trees in the New World, Jehovah will allow me, and only members of this forum will be able to taste the production, the packages will be distributed all over the world. It's a pact between us.

Yes, we saw [his beard] in Update #2.

However this a temporary assignment I believe, until the next Gilead graduation.

(To harmonise with those Gilead students who do not have that privilege)

just kidding 🤣

Interesting. I heard somewhere (on the forums) that Mark Sanderson was going to be host. But I guess the source (whoever it was) got it wrong.

According to my notes, I got that information before GB Update #2 was released. And I heard he was going to be host for that too. Well, at least that one was right.
