I recently found this person known as the Proff who discusses the "proper" etiquette of mens dress. I am not expert by any means and really don't follow fashion trends. For example the wearing of brown shoes, I'm just not a fan of them. Never have cared for them. Lately, it's a semi dress shoe that has a white border that looks real casual. I was watching the Gilead graduation and noticed many of the brothers had brown shoes. That being said, here is one of the "Proff's" views of brown shoes.

This is for entertainment only. In no way am I telling brothers how to dress or force my view. I just find this guy entertaining to listen too.

"Proff's"

I like to see the recommended videos just below your 'Proff's video. I hope to see some interesting ones that might entralled me and also to learn something about the friend's interests. Here's one that I loved.

The Best of Piano. Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Bach. Classical Music for Studying and Relaxation #23 Tracklist -

Nocturnes, Op. 9: No. 1 in B-Flat Minor

Which piece do you like the best?

I hate when websites track everything we do. I did block Youtube recommendation once to stop binge watching.

Daydream -

Scientists have discovered that daydreaming is an important tool for creativity. It causes a rush of activity in a circuit, which connects different parts of the brain and allows the mind to make new associations.

I really learned to like "light classical" music about 20 years ago. I was in a dark time of my life emotionally and "light classical" music helped me greatly. I still like to listen to it over most music now days! And I was a guy who would only listen to classic rock for most of his life.

Studies have shown there are many benefits:

Improved sleep: Classical music can help you sleep better, and may even help with sleep disorders.

Lowered blood pressure: Regular listening to classical music can help lower your blood pressure.

Stress relief: Classical music can help you feel calm and uplifted, and can reduce tension and nervousness.

Reduced pain: Classical music can help you tune out pain and make it less noticeable.

Improved memory: Listening to classical music can improve your brain function and memory.

Enhanced creativity: Classical music can boost creativity by causing your brain to release dopamine, which prevents the release of stress hormones.

Improved focus: Classical music can help you focus and drown out background noise because it has no lyrics.
