Thanks again musky. Got it unzipped and it works perfectly.

Isn't he the best!  For a Borg, he is pretty caring!  I think the collective doesn't really care about him so he comes and helps us.

I will be sure to check that out!  I was wondering if I needed to install x64 drivers to my printer to make it work for my WLibrary but since I can print from Microsoft Office 2003 on my Windows 10 laptop - I don't think that's the problem.

Musky, do I go into "settings" and then "devices" on my laptop or the computer my printer is networked to?

You should change the settings on your laptop where your WT Library is installed.

Start menu / PC settings / Devices / Printers & Scanners

Choose the printer.

Also further down on the same dialog, make sure the "Let Windows manage my default printer is switched off"
(When this is on Windows will set your default printer to the one you used most recently at your current location)

No, I was just being ignorant. I have a nac for it. Actually I was raised in calif. west coast southern calif. I miss it a lot, the ocean, the piers, ect. When I got Back from Vietnam in 1970 I bought a house in Redondo Beach for 16,500. Times have changed, eh. My parents lived in fallbrook, love it there too. Might even start spending the winters there. My wife hates the winter. We met in the Manhattan Beach cong. So southern calif is in my blood. Love it there. I don't think anything irritates you.

Shali, I just thought of something else to check. Go into settings and then devices and make sure the "Let Windows manage my default printer" switch is turned on. I worked on a client's Windows 10 system where this was off and some programs would print and others would not. Turning this on and rebooting solved the issue. Worth a try!

I tried this and got the same thing - says it's printing but it's not.  I also checked to see if the print spooler was running in services while I was trying to print and it was running.  This isn't a huge inconvenience as I can still copy/paste and print but I like everything to run as it should - so anyone else have any suggestions?  I may do an uninstall and reinstall and see if that doesn't fix things.

For some reason my WLib is not printing for the same reason as why it wouldn't open - it is hanging on splwow64.exe.  Have no idea why and no idea what I can do about it.  Andrej was good enough to try and help me again but we couldn't find anything out of place.
