Updates to JW Library (iOS, Android, Windows)

I have found that, though my shelves have a larger capacity then my tablet, they sure are difficult to carry out in the ministry.

And, of course, even recently published printed publications have been updated - more quickly electronically.

So actually the publications on the bookshelves can be out of date very quickly!

How did you update page 153 of the God's Kingdom Rules book with only a pen?

I just print it from jw and use a special paste function of my little glue stick

Now public and study Watchtowers on the app.

I don't know what happened to song 139, it appeared on jw.org and then disappeared! We sing it at the end of April.

It was probably put up prematurely. my guess it will be put back up after all congregations sing Jehovah is Your Name.

My iOS now has WT's in it (public & study) & yes that 139 song was released prematurely (it's called, 'Jehovah is Your Name'), my uncle in the Canadian bethel said it will come back, but better.

I have them under publications. On the left hand side by TYPE you will see Watchtower and Awake.

Update. I turned the iPad off and back on again - still no magazines.

removed it (press and hold till X comes up and delete) Then I reinstalled it. TADA, I have the magazines now.

Hope you don't have to do that every time a magazine is added.

The WT public and study edition, Awake has been available on my android JW library since 2 days ago.

The 2015 Yearbook was available yesterday.

I bought a new Samsung tablet and of course the first thing I did after charging it up a little was download JW Library. The only magazines that showed at first were all the 2015 Awake magazines. The next day I checked and all the 2015 public Watchtowers were there. Moments later all the Study editions were listed.

Of course you can just download the ones you need if you don't need all of them.

I also have a Kindle Fire modified with Android Operating system. It apparently does not automatically update the JW Library app. I actually had to manually update. I also deleted some unneeded apps so it might not have been able to update due to lack of memory.

Now simplified Watchtower is in the app under Watchtower 2015.

It moves on apace!
