When I asked for it, this information has been removed from JW secure site.  It was there, but gone the next day.... many brothers never received it. I only knew because of this site.

 

I was trying to think why they pulled it. I noticed it says to wipe down gas nozzles with disinfectant.... actually I've seen funny videos showing not to use alcohol wipes as you could set gas station or your car on fire.  Maybe that's why it was pulled?

The documents are still available to Elders and MS. There are also some good LDC Newsletters available in Builders Assistant. Check with your elders.

     The most basic thought about reopening areas formerly under stay at home orders is this.  Limit your public exposure,Wear a mask, take along a little hand sanitizer ,  wipe down surfaces you must touch, when using a debit card wipe it down after it has touched other surfaces before putting it back in your wallet/purse, don’t touch your face, remove mask without touching the outside ( that’s the surface any virus may be on) and sanitize your mask.  I add practicing clean hand dirty hand while in public ( promotes  situational awareness).  Maintain 6 foot or more personal space.  This is all I keeping with scriptural principles about respecting the value of lives and placing the needs of others ahead of yourself.  
     Watching how those in the world are rushing out to crowded bars , churches , and all sorts of other crowded spaces and completely failing to adhere to the guidelines promoted through the governments and in our case Jehovah’s Organization, you can clearly see demonstrated why Jehovah has trained His own to think as individuals and act in accord with His standards.

We stopped a fast food restaurant the other day for the first time in months. Several people came in behind us and each of them were wearing masks with an exhalation valve 😳. The restaurant required masks but no one said anything to the people wearing the wrong type of mask, so when we received our food we exited using a side door so we didn't go past them.

Andy they are not going to.  

 

Regulating types of masks or the proper way to wear a mask will be beyond any government or place of business ability.

I have to be honest...

 

I would have taken mines off too, but would have sneezed in by arm or a Kleenex, because you may have multiple sneezes. I mean, no one wants their own nasal mucous and saliva discharge strapped onto their faces by a mask. It stinks as well and is just nasty and unsanitary. But to keep it from hitting others, I would sneeze into my arm or Kleenex.

 

Or I would carry tissue/Kleenex for that very reason (and I do).

Actually, I’ve observed that workers at the Lowe’s in my town all have been issued a standard type of mask.

No real surprise I suppose. In that timeframe we had a special campaign in Israel. So it is even possible that some of our prophets and sisters may have inadvertently transmitted the virus from the US.

People are confused. There is no direction anymore. The ones in authority are divided. There is a grim future. It is sad that it had to come to this. We need the kingdom more than ever. I don't know how bad it can go, but I don't want to even think about it.

Good article for a broad summarisation of current events regarding Covid-19. Reading the article in its entirety makes me personally believe that if this is not it in terms of what leads up to the cry of peace and security - what else could possibly top Covid-19 in the drama it has caused in epic proportions.

I wouldn't be surprised if different nations were using this virus as a weapon. They may not of all had a hand in creating it, but it would not surprise me if they sent the infected or strains somehow to other lands to ruin their economy or resources to further secure their own domination.

I think many in power are more likely to use the virus as a tool to remake their own governments in their own image. Socialize medicine comes to mind locally.

And one economy affects another. For example, if the US were to send a deadly strain to China, we would hurt our own economy because of products we use that are manufactured in China. Hurting China potentially hurts us.

 

So I don't think that's very plausible.
