Yeah, mixing the event in Tel-Aviv with the one in Germany.

Just received this from Hamburg:

 

"Thank you so much for your message. For some reason I can’t reply on iMessage. 

Xxxx and I are OK, my family at the hall is OK. It’s a ten minute drive from our place and it is our neighbour cong. We basically know the entire cong and have many dear friends. We’re devastated and we fear we’ve lost many dear friends tonight. 7 are confirmed dead but they’re not giving out any names and the survivors are not allowed to talk about it yet. I can’t stop crying and I can’t stop shaking."

We are to expect this.  Our enemy knows that his time is limited.  It did not surprise me when the elders here were texting each other on the elders site.  My husband's phone was lighting up as we did our family worship.

 

This is how we know that we are closer then we think.  These friends will be back.  Remain vigilant, trust in Jehovah and remain calm to the extent possible.  Let us pray fervently for those families that lost their loved ones.  We can see the hate that Jehovah's enemies have for us.  We all know that once we were baptized we were targets.

 

This is a sad day for all of us.  But.....we know that this is only the beginning.  The GT has not even started yet.

The task forces were the special unit USE, which stands for support patrols for special situations. This unit is only available nationwide from the Hamburg police and was created in 2020 precisely for such situation reports. 

 

 

Depending on when exactly this happened, this event may have helped keeping the death toll lower 😢

I just saw it on ABC news.

Bild newspaper said seven people had died and 25 were injured – eight of them seriously – in the shooting, which it said happened in a Jehovah’s Witness centre soon after 9pm.
