My opinion is that... if THIS does lead to PS

then I think things will get much, much, much worse for the following months in 2022, so that nations don't have any other option but to be united and declare PS otherwise they'll know the global nuclear WW3 is gonna to happen.

The webcam shows things are relatively calm in Ukraine, though it could change at anytime. My good friend's family lives in Odessa.

It was part of the security council meeting that was going on last night. The Ukrainian ambassador asked for it after the invasion began. It seems they were all shocked that it started while they were in a meeting to try to keep peace. 
I don’t have the news article as I was watching the meeting live. .

I don’t think the full transcript is available yet, just the summary. But you might be right as far as he just requested he relinquish the chair of presidency.  
When I was listening it seemed he was basically saying that since he violated the article, maybe number 4?, he should be removed. Also, the way he spoke and how he referred to meeting with the others, led me to believe he no longer felt Russia should have a seat at the table. 
That was my first listen to a meeting like that though so I don’t know all the nuances. 
It just so happened that I caught it right before Ukraine started speaking. You could tell he was frustrated by the fact that his planned comments were rendered null and void due to the attack already beginning.
