(we had such a problem in the middle of TO visit but because 25 min term all the visitors were near the KH meeting was proceed (sisters has 2 time their broken appointment).

Not necessary for you to reply. I know it is a very difficult situation you all are going through. Praying for all the brothers and sisters in Ukraine. 

1. Yes, sorry, mixed out, Circuit overseer. Interesting, that in new Russian NWT term "overseer" is removed, and instead of "region overseer" (litearlly translation of Circuit overseer) is using now "region elder". I think this is because in Russian "overseer" is a very prison term

2. Yes, Air alert on all the Ukraine territory because some aircraft which has on a board dangerous rocket was takeoff in Russia.

3. Sisters stopped their appointment because of alert, and start again from begin after recall.

This is significant, even though would be hard to implement the warrant of arrest. But what that means is that majority of mankind views current “regime” in Russia as criminals. (123 countries)
Any political activity like a upcoming visit by Chinese head of state will be “tainted” with the shadow of that decision by the ICC. 
This has significant impact on the world, and gives at least “moral” assurance that there is still some “justice” functioning in this system. 

Chances of Putin being arrested are low, but he could be “betrayed” and handed over in the future, so we need to wait and see. 
Could potential coup d’état happen in Russia, ending war in Ukraine and handing over Putin to ICC be a threshold of proclamation of Peace and Security? We don’t know. Nonetheless very interesting scenarios could develop from ICC decision.

NATO Chief Jens Stoltenberg was in Kyiv on April 20, 2023.

 

His comments following the visit:

 All NATO allies have agreed that Ukraine will become a NATO member.  But the main focus now is of course on how to ensure that Ukraine prevails.  Without a sovereign, independent Ukraine, there is no meaning in discussing membership.

Zelensky has been invited to attend the next NATO summit in July.
